Rules & Regulation

Discipline:

1. All notice by the institute to the students at any time require mandatory reading and strict obedience.
2. Any Activity of extra academic nature adversely affecting tuition or study is prohibited. Indulgence in such activity by the students will be viewed as an act of breach of discipline and dealt with accordingly.

4. Smoking, chewing tobacco and consumption of alcoholic liquor or psychotropic substances is prohibited within the premises of the Institute.
5. Usage of any instruments, gadget or device such as radios, mobile which is likely to disturb the class is strictly prohibited inside the classroom. Any emergency calls may be attended outside the classroom after taking due permission of the faculty member conducting the class.
6. Misbehavior with teaching/ non-teaching/office staff or any other student of the Institute may lead to disciplinary action including expulsion of the student from the Institute
7. Inconveniences and grievances suffered by any student or a group of students should be brought to the notice of the head of the centre.

 

Training Instruments and Equipments:

1. Students are require to take proper care of the instruments and equipment handed over to them by the Institute during their training. Damage to, or loss of, any such article will require compensation from the students who last handled it.
2. If the damage or loss can’t be attributed to any individual student then the cost of repairing or replacing the equipment or instrument will be shared among all the students of the concerned batch or group of students which last use the item.

 

Admission:

1. Admission to the Institute entails an understanding on the part of the student to observe the rules and regulation of the Institute.
2. The management of the Institute reserves the right of rejecting any application for admission without assigning any reason.
3. Admission forms are supplied only at the time of admission to be filled in and signed by the candidates in the presence of a responsible officer of the Institute. These Forms must not be removed from the premises of the Institute.

 

Identity Card

1. No student will be permitted to appear in any examination of the Institute without a valid identity card.

2 Loss of the identity card must be intimated to the head of Institute immediately, in writing, through the head of the concern centre. Thereafter, a duplicate Identity Card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/- from the administrative office of the concerned training centre.

 

Attendance:

1. Students are required to attend classes punctually and regularly as per class routine.
2. A Student must attend 70% or greater in theoretical and 80% or greater in practical Classes in each semester to be eligible for the final examination as a regular candidate.
3. Greater than 60% but less than 70% in the Theory Classes & greater than 70% but less than 80% in Practical Classes -a fine of Rs 250/- will be levied Greater than 50% but less than 60% in the Theory Classes & greater than 60% but less than 70% in Practical Classes -a fine of Rs 500/- will be levied.

 

Supplementary Examinations:

1. In order to appear at a supplementary examination the student must submit an application to the Head of the Institute along with a supplementary examination fee of Rs 500

 

Certificate and Mark sheets:

1 Certificates and Mark sheets will be awarded only to candidates successful in the final evaluation within 30 days from the date of publication of final result on production of the Identity Card and Admit Card. The Institute shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of the Certificates or Mark Sheet if the same is not collected within one year from the date of issue
